We seek highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as summer interns. This internship program is designed to offer academic training, valuable hands-on experience, and insight into M&A and investment banking.

Job Description:

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the financial industry, develop essential skills, and contribute to meaningful projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

 - Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.

 - Assist in the preparation of market and industry reports.

- Prepare blog postings.

2. Financial Modeling and Valuation:

 - Assist in building financial models.

 - Perform discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analysis (Comps).

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

 - Gather and analyze financial data and create insightful reports.

 -Help prepare presentations and documents (Pitch Books and CIM) for client meetings.

4. Team Collaboration:

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

To excel in this internship role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 

- Strong academic record and a passion for finance and investment banking.

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Duration:

May 2nd to August 20th 

Hours:

10 hours/week (remote work)
